5. How do I create my web page?

6. How do I get my pages appear on the Internet?
Once you have signed up for one of our hosting plans, you can "upload" your website using a fun little tool called FTP (file transfer protocol). FTP allows you to transfer the pages you have created on your computer over to our internet servers. If you don't have FTP software you can download it at http://www.flashfxp.com or http://www.leapware.com or http://www.cuteftp.com If the site is built using FrontPage you can upload your site via FrontPage extensions.
Instructions to upload your site using FlashFXP:
Download the software from http://www.flashfxp.com and install it on your PC.
Follow these steps:
- Click Site-Site Manager-New site
- Fill out the box: IP, username, password, remote path using information from the email we have sent you after your domain has been set up. Click connect
- On the top right corner you will see your site folder on our server
- On the top left window browse your folders in order to open the folder with your website. Drag the content to the bottom left window. Press "Transfer Selected"
7. Can I do web hosting on my own?
You can do your own web site hosting with a special computer server using the correct hardware and software system for about 14,000 euro plus T-1 internet
access fees.
8. What different web hosting packages do you offer?

12. What if I currently have a domain name on another web hosting service, can I transfer my domain name and web site to you?
If you currently have a domain name located on another server we can transfer it to Eunet.gr. On the order page click "Transfer domain name" and we will take care of it for FREE.
13. How long does it take for a new web hosting order to be processed?
Your account will be established within few hours and we will notify you by e-mail with your user name, password and access instructions.

17. What methods of payment do you accept?
For the quickest service Eunet accepts VISA & MASTER CARD or PayPal. The only thing you need to do is to fill out the sign-up form. Upon receipt of credit card order we will begin setting up your account. You can also pay by bank deposit or cash. Our office hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 am-4:30pm.
